- ❤ Scaling Conversion: Press "SCAL" key 1 second to choose Brixor concentration unit, "S01" is for Brix%, it can also test all liquids with sugar, range is 0-30%. ""S ""corresponds to the concentration of coffee, the range is from 0 to 25%.
- ❤ Measurement: After shaking the sample, use a test tube to take 3-5 drops on the test plate. Press and hold the ""LIRE"" key for 1 second to read the result. Press and hold ""LIRE"" key for 2 seconds. The player will automatically take 15 readings and display the final result.
- ❤ Temperature unit conversion: press ""SCALE"" key for more than 2 seconds, the meter will display Celsius or Fahrenheit.
- ❤ Calibration: drop by drop 3~5 drops of distilled water on the sample plate. Press ""CAL"" key for more than 2 seconds until ""CAL"" flashes, press ""CAL"" key again, the counter will display ""END"" and display 0.0%.
- ❤ Maintenance: Always clean and wash the sampling plate with distilled water and wipe dry with a soft cleaning cloth, never use hard things to clean, otherwise it will damage the prism glass.
