- MATERIAL: 25 Rods round silver brazing rods 9.84” x 0.04” are included in the package. The chemical composition of the brazing rods: Silver(Ag): 14.86%, Phosphor (P): 5.23%, Copper (Cu): the remainder.
- ADVANTAGES: Brazing temperature range: 1193°F-1472°F. Solidus: 1193°F, Liquidus: 1472°F. Tensile Strength ( RM): 838 MPa. Compared with copper brazing rods, 15% silver brazing rods has lower welding temperature and better welding wettability.
- PACKAGING: Cloud Fire welding rod packaging has been optimized, and it is packaged in a sealed aluminum tube, which can effectively reduce the occurrence of moisture and other events compared with other packaging. The caps at both ends can also be opened for easy storage and use.
- APPLICATION: Silver brazing rod are used for the welding of refrigerator copper pipes, air conditioner copper pipes and copper water pipe, as well as for the refrigeration pipe fittings. The silver brazing rods has good fluidity during welding, strong caulking, and can flow into small spaces.
