- SMART MOTOR: Durable quality AC power motor A and battery rechargeable motor B. Motor A require AC power connection,wiring is required,which can be controlled by a remote control / can be controlled by the "Tuya" App / can be directly connected to Google or Amazon smart speakers via the "Tuya" App. Motor B is a rechargeable motor, which can be controlled by a remote control, and can run 600 times when it is fully charged. It needs a hub (Suggest Bond or Broadlink) to connect to Alexa or Google Assistant.
- Remote control: 15 channel remote (Pair to motor A) can control 15 power shades separately and simultaneously. 6 channel remote (Pair to motor B) can control 6 motorized shades. 2 channel remote can control 2 smart shades.Single-channel can control 1 smart blind only.Choose channel 0 to control all motorized blinds at the same time.Procedures are set before delivery, it can be used directly after installation. There are videos to help you set it too.Due to shipping restrictions,sometimes you will need to purchase your own batteries for the remote control.

- SHIPPING & DELIVERY: Usually shipped out in 3-5 business days after confirmed measurements. Standard shipping normally takes 7-8 business days.
- Our service: We provide a 2-year warranty for the motor and controls of the final product. In the first two years, if there is any damage or malfunction of the motor or control equipment, we will provide repair or replacement free of charge. If the fabric or component is damaged, please take a picture and contact us within 30 days. Within this valid time, we will replace it for you for free.
