- Unit includes: fully functional cabinet style door, including state of the art ball bearing design for smooth operation, jamb, trim, hardware, instructions for installation and assembly
- In swing doors will lose 6" of pass through. Out swing doors will lose 10" of pass through. You will need a RO (rough opening 2" taller and wider than the door size you order ( Example a 30"x80" door needs an RO of 32"x82")
- The doors can come unfinished, allowing you to match colors with your current decor. Solid core; MDF and hardwood components add strength and durability
- Final Jamb assembly and Hardware installation required. Installation tools required: tape measure, level, and hammer, screw gun with #2 Phillips bit, flat head screwdriver and shims. Hinge position templates provided
- Must fasten to structural framing to secure properly; requires installation. Installation screws are included. Safe working load 300 lbs. (per door)
