- TIMELINE : A custom project timeline can vary greatly from project to project. It takes approximately 10-14 days to work through the CAD process. Once this is completed, there are approximately 1-2 weeks of production time.We will do anything we can to accommodate your particular timeline. Ready Stock will be shipped quickly . - RETURNS : For Ready stock Standard Amazon Return policy is applicable. For Customized or engraved Jewellery pieces refunds or exchanges cannot be offered as jewellery pieces are made specially for you.
