- ✅Strength and Durability: This recessed reinforced door is fitted with 5/8” fire-rated drywall for durability. The 22-gauge steel is zinc coated for superior corrosion resistance and bent for added strength and rigidity.
- ✅Safety Comes First: Once this fire-rated uninsulated panel is correctly installed and the provided springs are hooked into place, the door will be self-closing with a self-latching bolt operated by a flush key for enhanced safety.
- ✅Convenient Installation: BA-FW-5015 comes with pre-punched flanges for convenient mounting and its perforated frame ensures the trouble-free application of skim coat to the edge of the door.
- ✅Fire-Rated: Use this door in fire-rated drywall. It is fire-rated for up to 90-minutes with a temperature rise of max 250° C (450°F) over 30 minutes. It meets 90-minute fire rating requirements in accordance with UL standards. Fire-rated doors slow down the spread of fire for a limited period. BA-FW-5015 does not prevent fires.
