ESKUTE Warranty. Ⅰ At ESKUTE, the electric scooters come with a One-year for the E-scooter or 180-day for different parts (like the motor and battery) warranty. Ⅱ Claims Process. If a defect arises during the warranty period, ESKUTE will repair the affected product at no charge, exchange with an equivalent refurbished replacement (refurbished units might have cosmetic signs of use), or supply a replacement part if the problem is isolated and can be rectified with new parts. Ⅲ Contact us. When encountering any problems with the product (e.g. malfunction, damaged parts, shipping problems), please provide a valid proof of purchase, contact us support@eskute.com, and provide us with photo or video proof. NOTICE: we will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products. Thank you for your support and understanding!
