The PRISP Adjustable Dumbbells Set is the perfect piece of equipment to get in shape in the comfort of your own home. Whether you're just starting out on your fitness journey or are already well on your way, these dumbbells will meet your initial needs and will do so for a long time as the weight can be adjusted as you progress. The plates are made of heavy-duty cast iron with a black finish and the bars are chrome plated with a knurled texture finish. The weight plates are held in place by threaded locking collars which have a rubber trim to ensure a solid and secure lock. This set is available in 3 different total weight configurations; 40lb, 60lb and 200lb. Total weight calculations include plates, bars and collars. Carrying case not included. Always check that the weights are securely in place and the locking collars are tight before use.
