Thanks to their energy-efficient CookStar base, the pan is suitable for all stovetops, including induction, and ensures optimal heat distribution and retention to save energy. This cooking pan is also suitable for oven use up to 450 °F (230 °C). The pan's stay-cool metal handle fits perfectly in your hand and provides a safe grip temperature for holding and moving around the kitchen. Laser-etched measurement markings, in liters and quarts, make it easy to measure liquids while cooking, helping you be more efficient.
