- The fruit is harvested in the cool of the night to retain freshness and is promptly processed into a gentle press on receipt at the winery. The resultant juice is partly clarified and transferred onto oak forfermentation.
- Bright fruit flavors of white peach combine with juicy acidity and a softly textured palate. Layers and persistence comes from toasty well integrated oak.
- Enjoy The Hidden Sea Chardonnay slightly chilled while paired with seafood, chicken, turkey, mushrooms and pasta with light cream-based sauces.
- Since July 2020, The Hidden Sea has paid to remove the equivalent of over 7.5 MILLION single-use plastic bottles from the ocean. Which means, we’ve paid to remove 276,576 lbs. of plastic waste from the ocean.
