Used by American distilleries, these full size (53 gallons), authentic whiskey barrels have been retired and boast a ton of rustic character. They are great for creating barrel furniture and home decor, whether with individual parts or by incorporating the entire barrel. They can even be used to create rain barrels, planters and other outdoor decor. These decor grade barrels may have head bungs rather than belly (side) bungs, will not have distillery stamps or markings and may have dirt, scratches, scuffs, etc. on the surface ‰“ but that‰s what we like to call character! They will clean up nicely for use as furniture, decor or other DIY projects. The barrels are 100% American oak wood. They weigh 120 pounds and have dimensions of 26x26x35. Recommended bunghole size is 2 inches.

- AMERICAN WHITE OAK - These whiskey barrels were made from American white oak. They are charred on the inside and can be stained on the outside after time spent barrel-aging whiskey. Some barrels may have head bungs and/or belly bungs.
- FURNITURE/DECOR GRADE - This barrel will make a great focal piece indoors or outdoors, but it’s not suitable for refilling or future barrel-aging. It’s best suited for home decor.
