Warranty
WONDERFOLD warrants it's products to be free from any manufacturing defects from the date the product is purchased. For items found to be missing parts or have cosmetic damage, customers must notify WONDERFOLD within 30 days of purchase. **Preorders and backorders will be based on the date your product is received.Proof of purchase, along with photos and/or videos of the issue, is required when submitting any warranty claims.All WonderFold products are covered under the manufacturer warranty when purchased from an authorized seller. Wonderfold Wagon products are covered for one-year and Wonderfold Accessory products are covered for 6-months. The warranty covers parts that affect the functionality of the products only.At our sole discretion, WONDERFOLD will either repair or replace the part or product at no charge to you. We may request the damaged part be sent back to us for inspection. If the part is not shipped within three weeks of receiving the return label, the warranty for your product will be null and void for the remainder of the warranty period.WONDERFOLD is NOT responsible for any shipping costs for international warranty claimsWe will not honor any claims and damage due to normal wear and use, misuse, neglect, abuse, alterations, improper maintenance, storage, and/or cleaning of WONDERFOLD products. We will not honor any claims and damage resulting from an accident, freight, or air transportation.
