About eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. is 100% female-founded and female-owned and was created out of adversity and personal struggle. Fifteen years ago, our Co-Founders, Heather McDonough and Kerry Brown, were both diagnosed with life-changing autoimmune disorders. Heather was diagnosed with Psoriatic Arthritis and Kerry was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Determined to utilize food as functional medicine, they set out to create eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. Everything from the ingredients to the packaging is representative of restoration. eat G.A.N.G.S.T.E.R. was born out of understanding how difficult and isolating it can feel to remove certain foods from your diet. Their baking mixes were designed for you to feel the freedom and taste the joy as you boldly stand for a happier, healthier, more whole you.
