An dignified country-inspired high-low dress with cascading tulle ruffle tiers carefully hand stitched to perfection for any upscale event, birthday, or wedding! The ivory french lace bodice is fully lined and slightly stretchy for the ultimate comfort. Comes with 3/4 sleeves that are not lined but can be lined if asked. Around the waist is a detachable ribbon belt with pearls attached for an adjustable snug fit. Zipper can be found under the opened v-back. The high-low skirt is made out of multiple rows of ruffles with four layers of tulle used on each row for a unique and fluffy design. The ruffles are attached to a layer of lining plus an additional layer of lining with crinoline can be found underneath to give the skirt shape. *Mannequin has petticoat to show detail. !PETTICOAT NOT INCLUDED!
