- Mr Tatsumi Kishimoto and his family have operated the Nakayama Estate, one of the largest of the approximately 20 coffee farms on Okinawa Island in Japan, since 2015.
- Mr Kishimoto produces both Typica and Mundo Novo coffee varietals, all of which are naturally processed.
- The cup for both varietals is unsurprisingly excellent – bright acidity and fruity, juicy tones – and doubtless a reflection on the Japanese approach to perfection in everything they do.
