- Made by Laser-Cut technology, much better than traditional punching process. Punching always has negative effects on the body of the saw blade like deformation and stress, but Laser-Cut could avoid these problems. So Laser-Cut could reduce vibration and noise, maintain durability and cutting precision, keep the blade running cooler.
- Tungsten carbide tips are carefully welded to each blade tooth using computerized technology to control the exactness of the saw blades. An automated grinding process yields accurate tip geometry to increase the life and performance of the ATB C3 carbide teeth.
- With noise reduction lines, which is the feature of high quality saw blades; large micro grain tungsten carbide teeth, which provides extreme durability and longevity and allows professional resharpening and prolongs blade life; tri-metal shock resistant brazing, which allows the tips to withstand extreme impact for maximum durability; electrophoresis coating, which protects against rust.
- Ideal for dry wood applications such as ripping, cross cutting, and miter cutting on hardwood, softwood, high-quality finished lumber, rough framing lumber, plywood, hardboard, MDF and OSB. Do not use to cut steel or iron.
