The angled cutting surfaces and ergonomic handle are balanced and comfortable, helping to reduce hand fatigue, and also preventing damage to your guitar body by allowing maximum file and finger clearance over the guitar body, switches and pots as you move up your guitar neck. In most cases there’s no need to mask off your fingerboard.
