It's 50% lighter than conventional steel tanks which means it's also 50% easier to handle and install. Plus, its non-corrosive composite construction sets the standard for performance and durability. The more consistent dome profiles and integral bonded connections on the FLEX2PRO H2PLS are just two examples of Flexcon's attention to superior design and fabrication. The FLEX2PRO H2PLU utility tank is made from a unique 3-piece internal construction that allows for consistent engineered dome profiles and integrally bonded connections that lead to longer tank life. Its heavy duty base is molded out of ABS for maximum strength and durability. And, it has a removable schedule 80 PVC bottom connection that can be "accessorized" for increased installation flexibility. The FLEX2PRO Well Tanks offer CAD2 technology (Flexcon's controlled action diaphragm system) combined with a stainless steel water connection. The result is superior air and water separation and unmatched performance. This patented manufacturing technique allows Flexcon to properly size the diaphragm in a full range of sizes from 14 to 119 gallons. Every tank undergoes a seam-weld test, high pressure test, and is subjected to our famous helium test.
