- UTILITY KNIFE The Classic White 6” Utility knife is smaller than a cook’s knife, but larger than a paring knife, making it extremely versatile for a wide range of tasks. Use it for all types of food preparation including mincing onions or herbs to slicing tomatoes and charcuterie meat. The hand-honed high-carbon steel blade maintains a razor-sharp edge, and the handle perfectly balances the knife to mitigate fatigue.
- FULL TANG thatt is triple riveted to the handle for added stability and precise control. Classic White series handles are made of a highly durable synthetic material – Polyoxymethylene (POM) – which has a tighter molecular structure to resist fading and discoloration.
- FORGED Each Classic White Knife is forged from a single piece of High Carbon Stainless Steel and tempered to 58-degree HRC for lasting edge retention, integral blade strength, and ease of maintenance. The Precision Edge Technology (PEtec) yields a blade that is 20% sharper with twice the edge retention.
