If your unit was manufactured on or after April 30, 2023, download the AlorAir-R Lite App. Then, proceed with the instructions provided in the box. Both apps only support a 2.4 GHz network. For a smoother connection, please disable the 5 GHz network on your router.
- Kindly Note: During the defrost cycle, you may notice a decrease in moisture removal until the coils are fully clear and the unit can return to its regular operation.
