- Sized to Perfection - Large double-sided cutting board 18'' x 12'' with an excellent 4/5'' thickness, could be used as chopping, slicing, carving, butcher block or serving tray.
- Built-in Deep Juice Groove - One side features the juice groove that catches juices for use in gravies and sauces. Finger grip hole ensures cutting board stays in place while in use, and makes it easy to hang for efficient storage.
- Use & Care - Board should be seasoned with a food-grade mineral oil before first use. Hand-wash with hot, soapy water. Dry thoroughly. Do not soak or submerge board in water.
