This mouth guard is simple to use. No boiling or molding necessary. It also has a lot less plastic then the self-molding ones allowing you to breath more freely. To use wash the guard in cold water (hot water will deform the guard). Place in mouth and go to sleep. Enjoy your relaxing night where you can breathe easily and sleep without worrying about your teeth. Please note: It may take 3-7 days to adjust to sleeping with the guard but you will be happy you made the change.

- How to use- Place grinding guard in mouth. Bite on tab with front teeth. Bite back tabs with molars.
- Multi-purpose use- SnoreeZ mouth guard can be used for upper and lower jaw alike. Simply flip the guard in the direction that that you need it.
- Before each use- rinse mouth with water, place device in mouth, gently close mouth. Adjust the guard to fit upper or lower jaw.
- How to clean- Wash guard with disinfecting denture cleaner once a week.
