How to choose sizes?
Cycling shorts should fit snug with the pad close to the skin or potential benefits of wearing them will be negated.
We suggest the use of the manufacturer's size chart.
women's Padded Bike Shorts are worn "without underwear"
DO NOT wear your underwear under cycling shorts. Having a pair of underwear inside your cycling shorts negates all of the benefits provided (friction control). The surface of a chamois pad is usually hydrophobic which means they stay dry.
Care of Bike Shorts
women's Padded Bike Shorts need to be laundered each use. The best way care for road shorts is to machine wash and air dry.
We recommend machine washing to remove all of the sweat and dity from the chamois pad. Air drying the spandex shorts helps the rubber spandex fibers to last longer without drying out.

- Smooth and seamless between the leg reduces opportunity for abrasion and saddle sores
- Size: Standard fit S=25-27 M=28-30 L=31-33 XL=34-36 XXL=37-39 (waist measurement). Little error with plus or minus 1-3 CM is normal for the difference of fabric and measurement methods.
