- AVAILABLE IN 5 SIZES. Sleeves fit both the right and left arm. Choose from Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and 2X / XX-Large. For best fit, measure around your arm about 5" above the center of the elbow. Select your size according to the measurements listed in our sizing chart. If you fall between sizes, select the next one down. Compress products provide the best support when they fit snugly. However, they should not squeeze painfully or restrict circulation. 1 sleeve per pack.
