New York’s Delicacy’s awarded smoked salmon is made from premium grade Atlantic salmon fillets from the pristine waters of the Chilean Patagonia and processed in the US under the strictest sanitary and quality control specifications. Naturally cold smoked over selected Oak wood chippings, dry cured by hand and perfectly sliced ready to be served. Our great quality and delicate taste is based on traditional Scottish brining and smoking recipes.
