- This pinole de maiz mix is made from the highest quality organic, non-GMO ingredients. A healthier take on pinole: made with heirloom purple corn, unrefined coconut sugar, true cinnamon, and whole vanilla.
- To make a glass of pinole, simply add this mix to the liquid of your choice: milk, almond milk, coffee, smoothies, cocktails.
- This mix can also be used for: making pinole hot chocolate (pinole champurrado), adding to baking like muffins or pancakes, or made hot for porridge.
- Also great for sprinkling on top of yogurt, ice cream, or sliced fruit!
