- Media bottle is composed of polycarbonate. Media bottle is designed so that the entire bottle fits into most shaking incubators for direct culture applications. Media bottle comes in transparent and octagonal square shape to provide easy grip for pouring.
- Square media bottle comes with PP closure that is liner-free and leak-proof. Seal ring is molded inside the cap and fits rightly against the bottle neck; threads on both bottle and cap are continuous and straight-shouldered, semi-buttress threads that, along with the seal ring, insure a leak-proof system which protects the integrity of the contained liquids.
- Square media bottle is used to store media short term or for space saving (square) storage or other aqueous solutions. Autoclavable. Uniform thick walls with beveled edges are a uniquely designed construction offering durability, strength, clarity and improved heat penetration characteristics.
- Neck ring insures security of shrink-wrapped seals and has a smooth interior so there is no fluid entrapment and no back-flow contamination.
