- Stainless steel frying basket Ø 20 cm from the technical range of Scapant.
- This frying basket is compatible with the 6.8L of the technical range Ref. SC54502200. With its diameter of 20 cm and its high height, it allows you to fry large amounts of food.
- Its mesh is tight (6 x 6 mm) to prevent small fries from getting through. It will therefore be used to fry in oil (fries, nuggets, donuts...) but also to boil ravioli or cook fresh pasta.
- Its long handle prevents burning when handling the hot basket. The edge of the basket has a hook to rest the basket on the edge of the pot to drain the fried food. The basket should not touch the oil.
- Made of stainless steel, it can be dishwasher safe.
