- DISPOSABLE STATIC MIXER - The BTmix 1/4 inch x 20 element motionless mix tube is designed for adhesive mixing, meter mix machines, concrete repair, carbon fiber applications, gasketing, and potting. We recommend a mixing ratio of 1:1 or 2:1 to guarantee a complete mix for epoxies, composites, polyurethanes, silicones, and methyl methacrylates.
- HIGH PERFORMANCE CONSTRUCTION - ConProTec static mixing nozzles showcase industrial strength materials and experienced design. The internal mixing element is built using High-Strength Polyacetal known for its stiffness and stability under high pressure. The element is surrounded in a lightweight, yet durable casing made of high-quality Polypropylene.
- PRECISION OUTLET - Our inline mixer features a Stepped outlet type that allows you to control the flow of adhesive. You can also attach an external spreading device for more control.
- INDUSTRY STANDARD BAYONET MOUNT - Our epoxy mixer is fixed with a bayonet cartridge attachment for small volume adhesive cartridges. Fits 50cc cartridges.
