Why is my U disk so slow ? What influenced it ?
1. The speed of the CPU, a good CPU can increase the data transfer speed to some extent.
2. The data transmission bandwidth of the chip has a certain relationship with the PCB motherboard control and it’s Flash.
3. If there is a lot of disk fragmentation on the hard disk to be copied, the actual data transfer speed will also be reduced.

Why the steel shell of my U disk is becoming hotter and hotter in using? How to resolve?
Every U disk is becoming hotter in using , because the CPU will create heat when it transfers the data, most of U disk’s shell is made by plastic material and it conduct the heat slow. Our U disk is made by steel , it conduct the heat quick, so it will be hotter than plastic shell. But it is normal, please do not worry about it. We suggest to stop the pull out the U disk after 2~5 minutes after working.
