- EASY TO USE: No assembly is required, only inflation. Includes easy-to-use instructions. First two weeks: Week 1: use 10-15 minutes, 2x per day. Week 2: use 15-20 minutes, 2x per day. After two weeks, wear the neck brace according to your comfort level to provide relief when you need it, not exceeding more than 30 minutes of minor to moderate level traction.
