Product Description
Rennet microbial double strength, Very powerful - add 1 tablet per 13 gallons of fresh animal milk. For amaller quantities use ¼ of a tablet with 3 gallons of fresh animal milk. Will work on any type of fresh animal milk. Can be used with pasteurised milk. Warm the milk gradually on low heath to 95°F (35°C ) and then add the rennet solution. The rennet must be first dissolved in 30 ml of non-chlorinated water before adding to the milk.
