- WHAT'S TIMUT? A rare peppercorn that grows at 8,000 feet in the Himalayas. While it's been a staple in Nepalese diets for generations, it's relatively unheard of in the rest of the world. Its citrus aromas and subtle numbing spice are similar to a Szechuan peppercorn.
