Warranty
Canopy home and garden outdoor furniture is warranted for residential use. If the frame welds or frame should break, the frame will be replaced in the original design, if available. If the original design has been discontinued, every effort will be made to choose a replacement that is similar in size and design. Misuse, freeze damage and improper assembly are not covered. The powder coated finish is warranted for 3 years from time of purchase against cracking and peeling. The resin wicker is warranted against separation or breaking for three years from the purchase date. Damage and fading due to exposure to elements, chemicals or harsh cleaning products are not covered. The fabric on the cushions is warrantied for 3 years from date of purchase. We will replace the fabric in the original color and pattern if available, or in a similar color and pattern if the original has been discontinued. The warranty does not cover damage caused from misuse, abuse or lack of care. Dirt left on the fabric for extended periods of time can cause mold and mildew to grow. Routine cleaning can prevent this from occurring. Recommendations for cleaning mold and mildew can be found on the sunbrella home page. Deterioration, discoloration and fading due to chemicals, cleaning products and sun lotions are not covered under the warranty.
