Crystorama warrants that our products are free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from the date of shipment from our factory. Any such defective products will be repaired or replaced, at the option of the company, provided a written claim is made within the warranty period. The decision whether to repair or replace is at the sole discretion of crystorama lighting. The company will not accept any charges for labor, repair costs or transportation charges incurred without prior written authorization from our factory. The responsibility of the company for any defective material is limited solely to the replacement or repair of the material and does not include any incidental or soncsequential damages which may be occurred. No warranty, expressed or implied exists other than the ones indicated above. No person, agent or distributor is authorized to give any other warranty on behalf of the company.
