- Flavor/Source – A native of Modena, Italy, our Traditional Style Balsamic Vinegar is artisan crafted from a reduction of cooked white Trabbiano grape juice. Barrel-aged for up to 18 years, this specialty vinegar is rich in its aroma and complex in its flavor with light, velvety undertones and a strong finish.
