- CUPPING NOTES: Yemeni Mocha coffee beans have a earthy yet balanced flavor. Sanani coffee is rich in body with chocolatey, fruit-like undertones mingled with an earthy aroma.
- PROCESSING: Raw coffee beans are naturally dried in the sun with the fruit still attached. Called the World's Most Traditional Coffee, Yemeni coffee beans are exported through the Port of Mocca.
