- SIZE: 24'x24" Our Pillow Size is for Sewing Size. For a firmer and full pillow we recommend buying a pillow insert one size larger than the pillow cover (for example, a 24" x24" insert in a 22"x22" or 23"x23" cover). To measure a pillow cover, lay the empty cover on a flat surface and pull the side seam against a tape measure.
