- Talavera is fired earthenware, individually handcrafted by artisans using methods passed down for centuries. As hand-painted pottery, every piece is unique and the item you receive may vary slightly from the photograph.
- To ensure the beauty and longevity of your pottery, please note the following care instructions:
- In climates with freezing temperatures, extra care must be used. Rapid temperature changes and the resulting expansion and contraction of the clay can be damaging. If being used outside, the pet dish should be moved indoors during freezing conditions.
- When cleaning, do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals. Use warm, soapy water and a soft scrubber.
