- When sanding wood, 2000 grit waterproof sheets are ideal for wet sanding after 1500 grit to obtain a satin or semi-gloss sheen on top coats, and for touch up repair on a high gloss finish
- Use dry during the preparation phase of a project, usually when removing existing finishes, rust and oxidation; it is also key when sanding and shaping body fillers and primer coats
