- This locket is exquisite! The focal point of this necklace is the glass cabochon which has been made in the style of a Mexican Opal also known as Dragon's Breath (made from glass not a gemstone). Each stone is handmade which means no two stones will be alike. With each slight turn, the colors shift from deep scarlet red to lightening strikes of blues
- The flashes of color from within the stone are known as the "breath" from which the name is derived. Mexican Opals were first used in jewelry in the early 1900’s to simulate fire/jelly opals.
