- WHATS INCLUDED? - The Hurdle Helper includes a 3' x 4' base mat that is 1-3/8" thick with closed loop carpet on top and non-skid on the bottom, a soft block that is 15" x 10" and 4" thick with Velcro on the bottom for stability, six soft foam sticks with Velcro on the bottom and flaps for creating different set ups for cartwheels, round offs, and hurdling techniques, and two longer, red sticks with Velcro flaps for creating an upright obstacle.
