30 day general return policy within 30 days of purchase, or of receipt, whichever the latter, you can return any non-perishable item for a full refund (excluding shipping charges), provided the product is in unused, like-new condition and in its intact original packaging. Otherwise, we reserve the right not to take the item back unless you agree to a restocking fee (item will be sold as "used" and/or "open-box" at a corresponding discount). Please use the return form included in the packing box and send the product back to us securely wrapped, freight pre-paid and insured against loss or damage.
