- This unique design allows the end plates to have a hinge on one side and a latch on the other. The end plates are Type 304 stainless steel and are .048" - .050" thick. These will not bend or rust (stainless food grade material). The basket is Type 304 Stainless Steel 1/8" diameter wire to protect against weathering. The basket measures 7" diameter x 16" long with a 14" cooking space +/- .060" (1" over hang on each side). Material and Labor are 100% U.S.A made. Fits spit rods 1/2" hexagon.
