- Facility Tag: the tag informs employees or workers to not operate an equipment that has been locked. It features blank space to write the name of the person who has locked the equipment. It is mostly used to enforce safety regulations at workplaces
- Material: the facility and safety danger tag is made of unrippable vinyl material and has a durable eyelet for extra pull strength
- Specifications: the rectangular unrippable vinyl danger tag is 3 in. wide, 6 in. high and 0.015 in. thick. The 2-side OSHA tag has white text on red base and black text on white base. They come in a pack of 25 along with fasteners for easy deployment
- Tag Legend: the front legend reads DANGER DO NOT OPERATE THIS TAG & LOCK TO BE REMOVED ONLY BY THE PERSON SHOWN ON BACK. The back has the legend DANGER - EQUIPMENT LOCKED OUT BY printed on it.
