Warranty
The only ordinary maintenance required is cleaning. Inspect and check the integrity of the chair every time before deploying it, making sure all bolts and parts are firmly tightened. If any parts are missing, damaged, or worn, stop using the chair. This chair is designed for seating one person at a time and for sitting only. Do not stand on the chair. Do not use it as a step ladder. In the event of damages from extremely rough handling or improper use, stop immediately using the chair. All new products sold by drake are warranted to be free from defect in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment to the buyer. The buyer’s sole responsibility under this warranty shall be limited to the return within 60 days of any non conforming component for credit repair or replacement at drake’s option. This warranty shall not apply to any of such product, which in judgment of drake has been subject to misuse, negligence, alteration, misapplication, accident, or which has served it’s normal wear life. Notice of defect should be in writing and buyer shall pay shipping to and from drake and/or the nearest designated service center. This warranty will be void if there is any default in payment or performance of the obligation owed to drake by the buyer. Drake corp. Shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
