The bounty derived from this venture is uniformly sized, plump, and freshly flavored.The sardines are preserved in excellent quality extra virgin olive oil that helps to soften and dissolve the bones allowing the entire fish to be eaten and enjoyed. They are packaged in an easy to open flip-top can with a long shelf life.
