- DESIGNER: Unikko (poppy) was designed in 1964 after Armi Ratia, Marimekko´s founder, had announced that Marimekko would never print a flower pattern. Maija Isola refused to obey Armi´s orders and - in protest - created an entire series of floral prints. One of them was Unikko which has become a story of creativity, strength, courage and faith in oneself.
- MATERIAL: Made with hard porcelain; this white stoneware has a long lifespan and patterns that won't fade or wear off.
- FEATURES: The iconic Unikko pattern coupled with a wide, welcoming ceramic design makes this bowl suitable for a variety of uses.
- CARE: Dishwasher Safe. Freezer Safe. Microwave Safe. Oven Safe. Please remove the sticker from the bottom of the product before use. The sticker contains a small amount of metal.
