- This lightweight metal detector is ideal for those who are looking for a serious entry-level machine. Features include audible and visual indication of detection, 16.5cm waterproof search coil which enables you to search in shallow water, and a 3.5mm earphone socket.
- This Visua model has a variable discrimination control which allows you to ignore certain metals in favour of those with highest conductivity. For example, you can set it to ignore Iron and Steel but to recognise Silver and Gold. Depending on the type of surface, it will detect items somewhere at a depth of between 16cm and 20cm.
- The alloy shaft is fully adjustable, making it suitable for both adults and children. It can be adjusted to be between 57cm and 83cm (distance from the handle to the search coil). The Metal Detector itself comes in a box 53 x 20 x 12cm, so this is the space you will require to store it between uses.
- VERY IMPORTANT: Please remember to test the product outside and away from obvious areas of metal. Houses have an array of metal items inside (pipes, cables, radiators etc.) so you will more than likely get strange results if you test the Metal Detector indoors.
