- STAINLESS STEEL SPRING – The spring and shaft on the wire whisk are made from 300 series high nickel stainless steel. The spring is shaped so that food does not stick to it.
- DISHWASHER SAFE HANDLE - The handle on the wire whisk is comprised of a black stainless steel resin that can be washed in the dishwasher. Hand washing fine cutlery is recommended but this handle is dishwasher tolerant.
